Project Manager/Show Technician

Duties include:
  • Designing and specifying lighting equipment for a wide variety of productions.
  • Working with sales team in providing the best service to clients throughout the production process.
  • Communicating with clients regularly to guarantee that all technical aspects of a production are met.
  • Recommending capital expenditures.
Skills required:
  • CAD and/or Vectorworks.
  • 3+ Years of Rigging experience.
  • 3+ Years of Programming a wide variety of consoles.
  • Thorough knowledge of all lighting equipment.

Shop Technician

Part-time Lighting Technician

ILC is currently looking for part-time Technicians to work in our Arlington Heights warehouse. Qualified candidates should be self motivated, hard working and possess a basic knowledge of lighting equipment. Additional training will be provided on site.

Duties include prepping/de-prepping of rental equipment as well as general equipment maintenance. The ability to drive straight trucks up to 24' is a must. This is great position for those seeking flexible hours in a fast paced work environment.

Furthermore, it is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to get their feet wet in the entertainment lighting industry.
